Here at Maps of the World we have a wide range of sizes and stylish colour schemes for your custom map art, including our very popular vintage map design. You can have your map poster supplied with an elegant wooden frame which is individually handmade to order. Our frames are available in 3 colours of black, white, and natural. Your framed custom map poster can also be supplied with or without a mount, and every frame is delivered fully strung ready to be admired on your wall.

When creating your map poster we use a premium museum grade fine art paper, this 200gsm heavyweight print material is very consistent and allows us to produce a crisp and vibrant finish every time.

Deliveries for framed prints are typically received within 6 - 8 working days (from receipt of order) unframed prints are normally 4 - 6 working days.

All orders include tracking and are dispatched using recorded mail or through our couriers. You'll receive a notification email when the product has shipped, we'll also include a tracking link so you can track the progress of your order.

Individually Handmade To Order

Each framed print is individually handmade to order by our talented team of framing specialists.

A traditional Morso guillotine is used to precisely cut each frame (a process that dates back over 100 years) and a modern swiss computerised cutting machine to cut every mount, glass, and perspex surface. Our traditional and modern approach to frame making allows us to create an exquisitely finished product for our customers every time.

Premium Matte Art Paper 200gsm

To ensure that every cherished location design is flawless we use our premium grade 200gsm matte art paper; a heavyweight print material that produces a beautiful clean and smooth finish. This museum standard fine art paper is extremely consistent and perfectly compliments the UV pigment based inks we use to enhance the vibrancy of your chosen colours; helping to create a stunning work of art. 

Classic Frame Design

Our classic and elegant frame design is made from high-quality wood, milled with simple clean lines and presented with a satin finish. Every frame is supplied fully strung and ready to hang, we also include (if ordered) a custom fitted mount which is cut perfectly to fit your design.
