Customer satisfaction is very important to us. In the unlikely event that your item has been delivered damaged, or you believe it is faulty, please notify us immediately and we’ll ensure a replacement is organised swiftly and shipped on a priority service without any fuss.

Please note that slight colour variations that can occur in relation to how the images and frames are displayed online, and minor distinctions will not warrant the finished product to be classed as faulty.

All our products are made to order, therefore we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds if you no longer require the item.

Any goods returned to us without returns authorisation in writing will be at your own cost, and non-refundable.
